Marv and Evie Bowers founded ILS International in 1986 after 17 years of service with MAF (Mission Aviation Fellowship) — 12 years as a mission pilot in Zaire (now DR Congo) and 5 years as MAF-USA's Africa Projects Manager.
During the past 35+ years, ILS has had the privilege of designing MIS (Ministry Info Systems) for many of our leading international ministries including World Vision International, Samaritan's Purse, the JESUS Film Project, the Lausanne Movement, MAF, and Wycliffe.
